Identification and contact data you provide at checkout (first name and email address). Our payment provider may separately collect billing details required to process payment. Transaction data we receive includes products purchased, amount, date and payment status — full card numbers are handled exclusively by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Technical data (IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and video watch progress) is collected automatically for security and analytics.

To process your order and deliver your access (performance of the contract). To provide customer support and handle refunds (contract and legal obligation). To send you emails about your purchase and related offers (contract, or consent where required, with an unsubscribe link in every message). To detect fraud, prevent abuse and comply with accounting obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
